1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors.
Dolla Shades is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’ll do our best to help!
If your order is significantly delayed, contact us, and we will assist in tracking it down.
5. Address Errors
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, reshipping fees may apply.
